We are a small-scale business that values a personal approach, and a long-term commitment to the properties we own and manage.
Many people moving to Linköping find themselves choosing between short-term sublets, long housing queues and hotels. We want to offer an alternative: fully furnished homes rented directly from the property owner, catered for people staying in the city for a limited period of time.
We want you to feel confident about where you are living, who you are renting from and what to expect throughout your stay.
Below you will find a short overview of how renting with us works, from your first enquiry to moving in and settling into your new home.
How it works to rent an
apartment with us
1. Share Your Plans
To help us find the right apartment for you, we ask you to share a little about your situation when you contact us — such as what brings you to Linköping, your preferred move-in date and how long you expect to stay. This helps us understand your needs and preferences better.
Please note that we only rent per calendar month and for longer stays.
Based on this, we will let you know what apartments are currently available (or expected to become available), and help you find an option that matches your needs.
2. Choose your apartment
If we have a suitable apartment available, we will provide you with more information and rental details. We also answer any questions you may have.
If you decide to move forward, we will prepare a rental agreement for digital sign and reserve the apartment for you. We do not charge any fees to reserve an apartment.
3. Move in
Around one week before your arrival, we will send you practical information about your apartment, move-in procedures and everything you need to know before your stay.
All our apartments are rented fully furnished. Upon arrival, your apartment will be prepared with a made bed, towels and a small starter kit, so you can settle in comfortably.
4. During your stay
Our apartments are self-catered, meaning you have the privacy, independence and flexibility of having your own home during your stay.
If you require additional services, such as apartment cleaning, we may be able to help arrange this upon request.
Should any questions or issues arise during your stay, you are always welcome to contact us. As a family business with a small team, we may not be available 24/7, but we do our best to respond promptly.
5. Move Out
When your stay comes to an end, we will provide practical departure information a few weeks before your move-out date, including everything you need to know before leaving the apartment.
What is included?
Our apartments are fully furnished and include:
Furniture, interior furnishings, bed linen and towels
A small welcome kit with basic household essentials upon arrival
Cleaning equipment
Basic kitchen equipment
Utilities (internet, heating, electricity and hot water)
Access to shared laundry facilities
We aim to keep things simple: one monthly rent, with no hidden fees or unexpected costs.
Flexible stays
We understand that plans can change, and we have noticed that the majority of our guests needs the flexibility.
Research projects get extended, assignments end earlier than expected and new opportunities arise. For this reason, all of our rental agreements include a one calendar month notice period at all times.
While we cannot always guarantee extensions, we do our best to accommodate changing plans whenever possible. By keeping us informed, it is easier for us to accommodate your needs.
