Behind Hemma Apartments is Nicole, a local property owner who has welcomed professionals, researchers and long-term guests to Linköping for many years.

Over the years, people from all over the world have called our apartments home while living, working and researching in Linköping. Today, we continue to welcome professionals, researchers and long-term guests looking for a comfortable place to settle in during their time in the city.

We work closely with a small network of trusted local partners who know both the properties and the city well. One of them is Magnus from Birkens, who has been involved with the properties for many years. Whether it's maintaining the buildings, solving practical challenges or keeping things running day to day, he is an important part of what makes Hemma Apartments what it is.

We also work with a range of local businesses who help us care for the properties and support our guests when needed. Working locally allows us to build long-term relationships with people we trust and who know the properties well.

Hemma Apartments is a small, family-run business at heart. We take pride in offering a personal and approachable experience, where guests know who they are renting from and who to contact if questions arise.

While we may not have a large organisation behind us, we believe there is value in staying small. It allows us to know our properties well, build long-term relationships and offer a more personal experience than many larger housing providers.

We believe that a good home is about more than just four walls. It is about knowing what to expect, feeling comfortable in your surroundings and having a reliable place to return to at the end of the day. That belief continues to guide the way we communicate, manage our properties and welcome new guests.
