Two neighbourhoods. One philosophy.
Our apartments are located in two of Linköping's most popular residential neighbourhoods. Both offer the same combination of comfortable living, proximity to the city centre and easy access to everyday services, green spaces and outdoor recreation — while each area has its own distinct character.
Linköping is a bike-friendly city, and from both of our buildings you have easy access to many of the city's main cycling routes.
Ramshäll
A green and peaceful neighbourhood known for its charming villas, mature greenery and relaxed atmosphere. Located close to the University Hospital, Linköping University Campus US, Trädgårdsföreningen and Linköping's swimming centre, Ramshäll is a favourite among many Linköping residents.
Tannefors
A neighbourhood with a strong local character and a welcoming atmosphere. Located close to Saab and just a short walk from the Stångån river, cafés, restaurants and walking paths, Tannefors offers a comfortable balance between convenience and residential living.
