Hemma Apartments is a small-scale private landlord, owning and managing furnished apartments in Linköping with a long-term perspective and a strong focus on comfort, reliability and care.

With many years of experience in furnished rentals, we offer professionally managed homes designed to support everyday life – whether you are relocating for work, staying for a longer assignment, or settling into a new phase of life in the city. We also have extensive experience working with companies, supporting professionals on work assignments and relocations in Linköping.

Because we own and manage our properties ourselves, we are closely involved in every detail of the living experience. We value a reliable and well-functioning home, personal service and clear communication, while always respecting our guests’ privacy – creating a living environment where people feel seen, supported and free to live comfortably on their own terms.

We welcome guests from all over the world and understand how important it is to feel at home when arriving in a new city – whether you come on your own, with a partner or with family. From our guests’ experiences, we know that what matters most is having a home that feels effortless, secure and genuinely homely.

The name Hemma is the Swedish word for “at home” – a feeling we believe is essential, especially when living somewhere temporarily. Our aim is to offer homes that provide comfort, trust and flexibility, allowing everyday life in Linköping to feel easy, personal and well taken care of.
